Lithium vip is the latest digital fund management that have came across my desk and because of that 12% daily return on investment, I decided to have a closer look.
Lithium.vip acts as a fund manager in a digital space. The way it works is that, you as an investor, deposit your money within their investment plan, and they promise a 12% daily return on investment. Currently based on their website they invest in Lithium-based products.

Lithium.vip Review (Company)
As usual, the first thing I check for any new platform/company is to see who is running the company. I want to know who runs the show and who is responsible for getting that 12% daily returns on my investment.
Unfortunately, landing on their website I wasn’t able to find any information about who runs or operates the company.
Lithium.vip website doesn’t have any ‘Team/about us’ section that shows the management team.
Furthermore, I decided to check their domain registration to see if I can get info/detail about where the domain has been registered or who is admin for the domain.
Checking Lithium.vip domain in godaddy whois search, I found that the domain has been privately registered fairly recently in January 2021. In addition, all the other registration data for the domain was private, so still no information about the people behind the company.
This right here is a red flag, they are basically doing everything to not being transparent.
Lithium.vip has a UK Companies houses registration. They have been incorporated under the “YORKSHIRE LITHIUM LTD” name on 4th of January 2021.
Now one thing that I would like to point out here is that, there is a ‘People’ section in the UK Companies houses registration. This section of the registration basically shows you the people working in the company and have some acting role such as ‘Director’. Currently, Yorkshire Lithium LTD has 4 acting director; BIRD, Anna Francis, Dr – BOND, David, Prof – DEMPSEY, Edward Damien, Dr – ROGERSON, Michael, Prof .
None of those above people have any digital footprint that connects them to Lithuim.vip. This simply indicates that they are just using some names (probably fake names) from the internet.
To add to that, the address that they have on the registration looks wrong too. Putting in the address, 71 Main Street, Cranswick, Driffield, England, YO25 9QN into google maps and this is what I got:
So far I wasn’t able to establish who is running the company and I wasn’t able to find their physical address! These are very important factors when you are doing business with any company.
One more thing that I would like to add before moving to the product section is that, as of writing this blog post, based on Alexa rank most of the traffic coming to ‘Lithium.vip’ is from Bangladesh and the website rank is “1,673,874” which is very low, however understandable since it is pretty new.
Lithium.vip Reviews (Products)
Lithium.vip doesn’t have any retail-able product or services. All you can do, is to signup, deposit money and participate in their investment plan. They also have a very appealing affiliate program that you can join which I will go through in the next section.

Lithium Vip Affiliate Program
Lithium.vip referral program is a simple Uni-level structure plan as showed below.
Uni-Level referral program starts with you at top, then whoever you personally recruit are going to be your Level 1 recruit.
After that, whoever your Level 1 recruits is going to be your Level 2.
This basically goes down an infinite level as it’s illustrated in this image.
In the case of Lithium Vip, they cap the recruitment levels to 3.
- Level 1: 7%
- Level 2: 2%
- Level 3: 1%
They also have 4 ranks in their partner membership:
- Investor
- Representative
- Region Leader
- Director
You can earn a different bonus percentage. This percentage depends on how much money has been already invested by the clients attracted by you, as a partner. You can earn up-to 11% of the deposits made by the people you referred.
Based on what I was able to establish, your level 1 commissions only go up as you move up a rank.
This means you can simply join for free and start the affiliate membership and promote Lithium.vip in order to make commission and use those commission to deposit into your investment plan.
Lithium.vip Review (Compensation Plan)
Lithium Vip only have one compensation plan that you can join.
Within this plan, your deposit would be like for the period of 12 days and they promise that you will get 12% daily return on your investment which means you will get 144% gross return! This is huge!
The minimum investment is $10 USD and the maximum is $50,000 USD.
They almost support every major cryptocurrency as their payment method along with PM (Perfect Money) if you want to deposit in USD.
Lithium.vip Review (Withdrawal)
Here is what I have found from their website in regards to Withdrawal:
To withdraw profit, you need to have an active account in the payment system, to which you want to transfer your profit. Account settings can be made in Edit Profile section. Profit can be withdrawn at any time convenient to you.
You can withdraw funds from the available balance anytime you want and without any waiting period. For withdrawals in PerfectMoney, Litecoins, Etherium or Bitcoin – it is $1 up to $12,000 per day/per user!

It is free to sign-up and create an account with Lithium Vip. However, if you want to participate in their 12% daily return investment plan you need a minimum deposit of $10 USD.
You can avoid paying that from your own pocket if you are good with advertising and marketing, simply sign-up for free grab your affiliate links and wait till your commissions hit $10+ . Then you can deposit your commissions and get going.
Now that I have went through all the details about Lithium.vip it is time for my unbiased third party verdict.
Final Verdict
Can you make 12% daily return on investment with Lithium.vip?
Well you might, to begin with, however is it legit and sustainable?
My short answer would be no. From what I can see there is no way that this company would be able to keep brining that 12% daily return on investment for any foreseeable future.
144% gross return on investment for a period of 12 days doesn’t look like logically to me. How on earth they are making that much just by investing in lithium-based product? They haven’t provide any data or info to back up their claims.
In addition to that, they are offering return on investment (passive income) without having the proper certificate from the appropriate financial authority such as FCA (UK Financial Conduct Authority)[1] and SEC (US Securities And Exchange Commission)[2] .
Also UK Companies House registration is super cheap and mostly unregulated, so for it is not good enough for me if they only have that registration. On top of that we don’t know who runs or owns the company and as I established above, their company address looked fake too.
These are all alarming.
In addition, the only income I can see is the new investors paying of the existing members. If this is the case, it makes them a pyramid scheme company[3], because they don’t have any other stream of income.
You might be able to make some money joining them in the beginning, however, with this structure there is a very good chance that the company will go under very soon and lot of people will lose their money.
I can’t recommend this company.
