BitLocity Review: Legit Crowdfunding Crypto MLM Or Huge Scam?

Welcome to my BitLocity Review,

There has been quite a bit of buzz around this new opportunity in regards to make passive income easy so I decided to take closer look myself.

I am going to give you all the details and info that is, from the company, it’s registration, legality, products and how much you can possibly earn.

Now let’s begin with the company…

BitLocity Review (Company)

Landing on their website, I couldn’t find any information in regards to who actually runs or owns the company.

I was also unable to find any type of registration such as UK Companies House registration that I mostly see for these type of cryptocurrency MLM companies.

I did check their domain registration[1] and found out that ‘bitlocity.io’ has been privately registered recently on October 28th, 2020.

Another piece of information I was able to find was the registrant contact information of the domain. As you can see from the image below, the contact information for the ‘bitlocity.io’ is in Arizona USA.

They claim they are

the world’s first all-in-one decentralized technology, educational and rewards program.
Designed to accelerate you to the speed of success!

That is as much as I was able to find out about the company. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything in regards to who runs the business which is very crucial to me.

I always want to know who I am doing business with, specially when they ask me to deposit my hard earn money with them.

With that said, let’s move on to their products..

BitLocity.io Products

BitLocity as of writing this post, is in pre-launch mode.

They don’t provide any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a customer, or at least I couldn’t find any.

Currently, they do offer some type educational information via Video mainly in YouTube.

The information are basic and are mainly around Cryptocurrency;

What the cryptocurrency is? and why is it here to stay?
What the blockchain is? what is Crypto mining?
How will technology such as Blockchain change the world?
What crypto mining is? what is crypto trading? what is the difference?

As far as I can tell, there is nothing too technical or advanced in here. After they go through these simple informations they mainly focus on the making money part and how you can have a perpetual income.

They focus more on money making part and how a ‘decentralized crowdfunding’ can make money on autopilot for anyone!

BitLocity Compensation Plan

BitLocity compensation plan in a nutshell is your MLM matrix cycler.

As an affiliate you invest into the company and buy positions in their plan. Which means, if you want to earn commission i.e make money, in any tier you need to buy a position in that tier.

There is a total number of 14 tiers, here is the break-down;

Bronze tier – $25 USD to buy
Silver tier – Invest $50 USD to buy
Gold tier – Invest $75 USD to buy
Platinum tier – $100 USD to buy
Pearl tier – $200 USD to buy
Amber tier – $500 USD to buy
Ruby tier – $750 USD to buy
Sapphire tier – $1,000 USD to buy
Emerald tier – $2,000 USD to buy
Diamond tier – $5,000 USD to buy
Double Diamond tier – $10,000 USD to buy
Blue Diamond tier – $20,000 USD to buy
Ambassador tier – $50,000 USD to buy
Crown Ambassador tier – $100,000 USD to buy

You only get commissions if other people whom you directly or indirectly recruited deposit money i.e buy a position.

I think you will also get some kind of educational package with teach of the tier, I am not sure though.

Global Infinity Line

BitLocity Global Infinity Line or Pass-up commissions is like this:

There is a Company wide infinity line that you can join once you deposit either $25 or $50. Basically anyone who joins the company and invest $25 or $50 joins this infinity line.

Now what happen is that you ‘Pass-Up’ commissions on your 3rd and 10th personally recruited members.

This also means your personally recruits would also have to pass up their 3rd and 10th personally recruited members to you.

Crowdfunding Matrix Compensation Plan

BitLocity.io uses a 3X1 Matrix compensation plan. You should be on Gold rank or higher to be able to participate in the Matrix plan. Gold Rank costs you $75 USD.

If you know how a matrix cycler works this is pretty similar.

Each rank has its own matrix and once it is full you get out of that matrix and create a new one.

If you recruit someone that is ranks higher than you, since you are not qualified for that person, it will get passed up to the next person that is qualified.

The global infinity line and the matrix cycler both runs together.

Top Recruiter Pool

There is a top recruiter pool within BitLocity. The way it works is that for every $10 admin fee that BitLocity collect it takes out $5 and puts in the Top Recruiter pool.

At the end of the month, the money collected in the pool will be distributed among the top ten best recruiters.

the top recruiter in BitLocity for the month receives 20%
the second and third top recruiters each receive 15%
the fourth to sixth top recruiters each receive 10%
the fifth to tenth top recruiters each receive 5%

Cost To Join BitLocity

You need to pay at least $25 to start with the bronze affiliate membership.

If you would like to have a full participation in all the crowdfunding/MLM fun you need fork out $189,000.

All the costs are in USD, however the payments are made in bitcoin.

Final Verdict

So is BitLocity Scam or not?

Well it does look pretty interesting and the concept is nice and it shows you how you can easily start earning money without spending much, however the concept wouldn’t be 100% okay with regulators such as SEC (US Securities And Exchange Commission)[2] and FTC considers it a pyramid scheme.

This is obviously a MLM company and for it to be legal in needs to have more retail sale than recruitment compensation.

As far as the crowdfunding goes, a legit crowdfunding shouldn’t have a compensation plan attached to it.

They are not registered with any financial regulators and we don’t know who is actually behind the company.

These are all big red flags to me…

The only income I can see coming through is the new affiliate paying for the existing investors.

Not having another stream of revenue and 100% relying on affiliate recruitment makes BitLocity a Pyramid Scheme[3].

Math behind the pyramid scheme is obvious. Once the recruitment stalls, they can’t satisfy the promised return on investment, this inevitably forces the company to collapse. Most of the people (except the owner and the top affiliates) will lose money.

I can’t recommend this company!
