Bitwealth company is a financial management company.

They provide trading on the hedge funds, Forex and Crypto Currencies.

Bitwealth.company promises a return on investment of up to 300%.

Seeing that juicy interest caught my eyes and I decided to have deeper look into this Bitwealth company.

If you are considering to invest your money with Bitwealth company, make sure you read this article to the end.

I am going to give you all the details and info that is, from the company, it’s registration, legality, products and how much you can possibly earn.

Bitwealth Company Review (Company)

Landing on their website, there is no information in regards to who runs or owns the company.

I decided to check their domain registration to see if I can find any details in regards to the domain owners, possibly the owners.

From what I can see in who.is[1], ‘bitwealth.company’ has been privately registered on 2018 and has been updated in April 2019. I am guessing this is when the current owner of the bitwealth company has gain access to the domain.

Another thing to note here is that the country for the registrant contact is US.

Moving on, bitwealth company provide a UK registration number for the UK Companies House on their website.

I grab a screenshot of their registration from the UK Companies House website.

First thing that I would like to point out is that the ‘BITWEALTH CLUB LTD’ has been dissolved on 20th October 2020.

This means that their registration is not valid anymore and they are basically not registered at all!

In addition to that, the address they provide, ‘4-12 Regent Street, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 4PE‘ is a virtual office.

As of writing this post, based on Alexa Rank, the main traffic source to bitwealth.company is from Ukraine.

I would assume this is where the website’s admin/s are from or handles it from.

Now let’s see what products they have to offer…

They provide Investment plans and a personal loan.

Now this looks decent, however the one thing I would like to know is how they make their money in order to be able to loan this amount of capital.

Final Verdict

So is bitwealth company a legit investment opportunity or is it another scam?

Let’s look at the facts, shall we?

We don’t know who runs or owns the company.

They do have a UK registration which has been dissolved on October 2020. Which basically means they don’t have any registration.

In addition to that, they are financial company which provides a passive income and a promises return on investment.

This means they need to be registered with the appropriate financial regulators such as FCA (UK Financial Conduct Authority)[2] and/or SEC (US Securities And Exchange Commission)[3] at least.

Them not being registered with any financial regulators simply means that they are offering return on investment illegally.

This means your Money is not safe with them, at any point in time they can shut down and stop the withdrawal and you can’t do anything about it.

The only income I can see coming through is the new affiliate paying for the existing investors.

Not having another stream of revenue and 100% relying on affiliate recruitment makes Bitwealth.company a Pyramid Scheme[4].

Math behind the pyramid scheme is obvious. Once the recruitment stalls, they can’t satisfy the promised return on investment, this inevitably forces the company to collapse. Most of the people (except the owner and the top affiliates) will lose money.

I wouldn’t trust my money with them, so I can’t recommend them to you!
