Landing on their website Impero Solutions doesn’t provide any information in regards to who runs or owns the company.
Checking their domain registration I was able to find out the Impero.solutions has been privately registered on August 2020 and the domain registration country is Canada.
Now, what is Impero Solutions?
Here is the what they describe themselves on their website:
Impero Solutions is a leading global investment company that manages multiple asset classes. We aim to generate attractive returns on investments by following a patient and disciplined approach, hiring highly-qualified specialists, meeting the highest quality standards and harmonizing our interests with those of our investment partners.
In addition to their domain registration, based on the information on their website, it looks like that Impero Solutions is a Canadian company.

I also found a presentation on YouTube on Impero Solutions presenting this person as their CEO, William Morrison.
As of now, based on Alexa Rank, most of the traffic coming to impero.solutions website is from US following by Canada and Australia.

Impero Solutions Referral Commissions
Impero Solutions have a simple referral program for their partners.
It follows the same Uni-Level structure illustrated below:
Uni-Level referral program starts with you at top, then whoever you personally recruit are going to be your Level 1 recruit.
After that, whoever your Level 1 recruits is going to be your Level 2.
This basically goes down an infinite level as it’s illustrated in the above image.
Impero Solutions caps it to 14 levels.
As you can see from the image above, for Silver 1 you must invest to unlock Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
If you look at the top-rank Ambassador, you must invest $350,000 with your structure producing $15,000,000 in order to unlock all 14 levels in total.

Cost To Join Impero.Solutions
In order to join the affiliate membership program you need to pay at least $50. This is also how you can start making some kind of return (the advertised return) on your investment.
Final Verdict
So is Impero Solutions scam or not?
Let’s look at the facts..
They are a registered Canadian company, which means they have paid around $1,000 to get all the incorporation papers.
We don’t know who actually runs the company, they are using an actor call William Morrison.
Their company is address is actually a virtual address provided by regus.
In addition to that, being a Canadian company and promising return on investment they need to be registered with CSA in Canada. Also as I mentioned before, since they are getting most of their traffic from the USA it means that they have people signing up from there which means Impero solutions technical operates in the USA too. That means they need to be registered with SEC as well.
Also the returns that they are promising does not make sense at all! It is too good to be true.
The only reason for them not being registered with CSA or SEC is that they don’t have any external revenue.
Plus there is already two warning for them in Canada:
Quebec’s financial regulator Autorite des Marches Financiers has added Impero Solutions Limited to its “warning list of companies that solicit investors illegally”.
The British Columbia Securities Commissions also put out an Impero Solutions securities fraud notice on March 15th.
This means the only way they can satisfy those promised return on investment is by the money they get from the new recruits.
This as you might have already guessed make them a PONZI scheme!
I can’t recommend this company.
