Landing on their website, bitsei.com doesn’t provide any information in regards to who runs or owns the company.
They have a very short about us section on their website, which basically saying that they work in cryptocurrency mining using solar power. So this is basically one of their main pitching point, using renewable energy to mine crypto.
Checking their domain registration via who.is, I find out ‘bitsei.com’ has been privately registered on fairly recently on February 2021.
Lastly, checking their traffic on Alexa Rank, as of now, most of the traffic to bitsei.com is coming from Russia, following by Bangladesh and Turkey. This kind of suggesting that the people running the project are operating in Russia.

Based on what I can see from their website, BiSei doesn’t have any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a real customer. All you can do is to join, invest in one of their plans and hope to earn the advertised return on investment.

BitSei.com Review – Affiliate Membership
BitSei have a simple referral program for their partners.
They both follow the same Uni-Level structure illustrated below:
Uni-Level referral program starts with you at top, then whoever you personally recruit are going to be your Level 1 recruit.
After that, whoever your Level 1 recruits is going to be your Level 2.
This basically goes down an infinite level as it’s illustrated in the above image.
BitSei.com caps it to 2 levels.
- Level 1 (Personal Recruit): 5%

BitSei Review – Withdrawal
Here I gathered some of the information I have found in regards to deposit/withdrawal/account in regards to BitSei.
- Acceptable Payments are: Perfectmoney , Bitcoin , Litecoin , Etherum, Dogecoin and BitcoinCash.
- Minimum for investment is $10 and maximum is $15,000
- Minimum withdraw for Perfectmoney is: $0.10 and $30 for BTC & ETH (Because transaction fees of cryptocurrency is high) & $5 for other methods.
- Withdrawal is instant but in many cases it may take upto 24 hours.
- There is no charge for payouts.
Cost To Join
You can create an account on BitSei for free, however to join their investment plan and receive the promised ROI you need to deposit at least $10.
You might actually be able to get away with this and just start to promoting the affiliate membership and wait for your recruits to deposit money so you can use the commission to put it in your own deposit account.

Final Verdict
So is BitSei a Scam or Not?
Let’s go through some facts.
Firstly we don’t know who runs or owns the company. Lack of transparency is always a big red flag for me. You should know who you doing business with.
Secondly, they don’t have any type of registration or certificate showing that they are allowed to worked in Financial space and provide return on investment.
In addition to that, they don’t provide any proof income or external revenu supporting their advertised return on investment. Not having any external income coming in to the company, all I can assume is that the only money coming in is the new investment paying off the existing members. This makes BiSei your typical ponzi scheme.
I can’t recommend this company.
