Wise Token Review: Legit Staking Platform Or Huge Scam

I was looking around internet to find new online income stream specially in Crypto when I found out WISE token.

Wise Token is a new smart contract opportunity that you can invest in and make money online via referral commission compensation plan.

You don’t need to have any knowledge of Crypto or trading to make money with Wise Token.

I am going to give you all the details and info, from the company, it’s registration, legality, product and how much you can possibly earn.

Wise Token Review (Company)

First thing I always check before thinking about investing in a company is to look for the owners.

Good thing about Wise is that they have put all the management team information right on their landing page.

Now as you can see, all the members have a link to their LinkedIn page. So you can verify them on LinkedIn.

I did look at all their details and found couple of interesting thing that I think you should know:

‘Peter Girr’ before establishing Wise Token, he worked in US Army for more than 13 years.
‘Aaron Hanson’ linkedIn page didn’t have any image of him. This is very unlikely and not professional for a CTO of a company

Now let’s move on and check some details and analytics in regards to their domain.

I checked ‘wisetoken.net’ registration and found out that it has been privately registered on February 2020 and updated fairly recently on November 2020.

Currently their registration information is not 100% private, so I can see that the domain registrant, administrative and technical contact info is in Ontario Canada.

Although they are fairly new they are getting a pretty good and decent traffic based on Alexa Rank.

As of writing this post, most of the traffic to ‘wisetoken.net’ is coming from USA with 35.4%

That is pretty much about the company. So far not too bad. The people behind it look real.

Now let’s move on to their products..

Wise Token Products

WiseToken doesn’t have any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a real customer.

They have their own ERC-20 token and also their own affiliate program that you can join and start earning commissions promoting their affiliate membership.

Wise Token Compensation Plan

There wasn’t really much information in regards to their compensation plan.

By the look of it they are still in the pre-launch mode and believe they will release more information once they officially launch.

I was able to find some keyword in their definitions which led me to what I believe would be there compensation plan.

As I mentioned they have their own ERC-20 coin called WISE.

Since they are in a pre-launch mode, and this is their own coin, they offer it at a low cost with a limited supply. This would be their first stage. As they move into new stages they keep releasing more WISE coin at a higher prices and limiting the supply for each stage.

Based on what they have put in their Launch Phase, they will be doing this for 50 days. What this means is that they are creating a kind of hype for the release of the token. That means the price of the Wise coin would increases exponentially after the launch.

Another thing I would like to mention here is that you can only by WISE Token using ETH (Ethereum) which is a very popular and famous token and has very decent value at the moment.

Referral Program

As I said, the information about this part is very limited and it is mainly because the company is in pre-launch mode.

However this is what I was able to find;

You can gain 10% referral commission in ETH on your first level (your personally recruites), along with 10% extra staking power.

It also seems that you get larger commissions for 50 ETH or more referred.

So put it simply as an affiliate during this pre-launch period you will get 10% commission if you refer 50 or more ETH.

Commissions would be available immediately after launch.

Final Verdict

So is Wise Token a scam?

At this point in time I wouldn’t completely say they are scam.

However, they do have some issues that I would like to point out.

First of all they are not registered with any financial organizations.

Secondly, they don’t have any product or services at the moment with all the compensation plans geared towards recruitment.

This will cause issue down the road if they don’t add any other incentives.

They provide this Wise Token which is only an internal ERC-20 token that you can work with in just their ecosystem.

They do have a link on top of their page to uniswap.org[1] to swap your WISE with any other crypto however it is fake and here is why:

Now if you open the uniswap.org without pressing the link on ‘wisetoken.net’ website, and search for the WISE token on the uniswap, you won’t find it.

I would say it is highly risky and I can’t recommend this.

Proceed with caution.
