ProfitStars is one of the latest crypto trading platform that has caught my eyes with its juicy up to 20% return on investment.

ProfitStars.io Review (Company)

ProfitStars is an investment company which is specialises only in cryptocurrency trading.

Landing on their website at ‘ProfitStars.io’, I wasn’t able to find any details or info about who runs or owns this company.

So I decided to check out their domain registration and see if I can get any info there.

Checking their domain registration on who.is[1] I can see that their domain ‘profitstars.io’ has been privately registered just recently on October 25th 2020.

Unfortunately, the registration information on the domain was private too.

Basically, so far I don’t have any info on who is running this company.

This right here, is a red flag for me. I need to know who I am doing business with, specifically If I am going to give them my hard earn money.

Moving on, they claim that they are registered in Peru.

I did a quite a bit of research and couldn’t find any registration for this company anywhere, let alone in Peru.

If they are registered in Peru, they should at least provide a link to their registration. Saying that you have a certificate doesn’t mean that you actually have it.

I do believe this is fake and they don’t have any registration.

Next let’s have a look and see where do they mostly get their traffic from.

As of writing this post, based on Alexa rank most of the traffic to ProfitStars.io is coming from India 22.4% following closely is Egypt with 21.03%

Next let’s check their products.

ProfitStars doesn’t have any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a retail customer.

However, you can become and affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

This won’t look very good on a company. The reason for this is that if most of a company revenue is come just from affiliate recruitment it’s in danger of being pyramid scheme and getting into trouble with authorities.[2]

Final Verdict

So can you really trust ProfitStars and earn 20% ROI Daily Forever with them?

Well, my short answer would be no.

We don’t know who runs or own the company.

They claim they have registration in Peru, which I wasn’t able to find.

Even if they have registration in Peru, it doesn’t mean that their operation is legal.

They are operating globally in financial sector and promising passive income.

This by default forces them to have registration with all the financial regulators in the jurisdication they operates in.

To name some they should be registered with FCA (UK Financial Conduct Authority)[3] and SEC (US Securities And Exchange Commission)[4] at least.

Simply not having this registration means that they are operating illegally.

In Addition, I can’t see any revenue coming into the company except the new recruitment deposits.

Not having another stream of revenue and 100% relying on affiliate recruitment makes ProfitStars.io a Pyramid Scheme[5].

Math behind the pyramid scheme is obvious. Once the recruitment stalls, they can’t satisfy the promised return on investment, this inevitably forces the company to collapse. Most of the people (except the owner and the top affiliates) will lose money.

You can’t trust your money with them. Stay Away!
