Chances are somebody approached you about the business opportunity or their product. So you did decided to do a bit of a search. Therefore, you landed here.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan, with videos, so you can settle on the correct choice.

Make sure you READ this to the end…

NuLife Ventures Review (Company)

However, Looking at their website, NuLife Ventures does not provide any information on who owns or runs the company.

However, this is what I found on NuLife Ventures’ official Facebook page:

As you can see, Bill Resides (CEO), Bob Doran (EVP) and Joey Bird (CSA) are cited as NuLife Ventures’ co-founders.

I am not sure why they haven’t provided that on the company’s website is unclear.

Bob Doran, Prior to NuLife Ventures was promoting North American Power, which collapsed in 2015.

Bill Resides and Joy Bird, prior to NuLife Ventures, were involved in the Flexkom pyramid scheme. In 2014 Bill Resides was named Flexkom’s Country Manager for the US.

If you look at the NuLife Ventures’ website footer, you will see “Copyright © 2014-2020 NuLife Ventures LLC. All rights reserved.”, however checking with whois, the domain itself wasn’t registered till 2016.

NuLife Ventures’ official Facebook page wasn’t created until early 2019.

In addition to that, company’s YouTube channel first videos were uploaded around September 2019.

NuLife Ventures seems to be based out of Tennessee, and operates in the health and wellness MLM niche.

NuLife Ventures Products

They promotes a wide range of products in the health and wellness niche.

To name some, these include a “nitric oxide booster” supplement and anti-aging face mask plus a “hydrogen water machines” .

NuLife Ventures’ hydrogen water machines are manufactured by a company called Echo.

According to their marketing pitch on NuLife Ventures’ website.

What is Hydrogen Water?

Hydrogen Gas dissolved in water makes Hydrogen Water. Hydrogen is an antioxidant & reduces oxidative stress.

Backed by 12 years of research and hundreds of studies.

Echo Hydrogen Water Machines products that NuLife sells are:

  • Pitcher – “makes hydrogen water portable”, retails at $1195.
  • Echo H2 Machine – “the first water machine to have the hydrogen module”, retail pricing “starts at” $2795.
  • Server – “the newest in under sink Echo Technology”, retail pricing “starts at” $2495.
  • Echo H2 Ultimate – “the ultimate hydrogen water machine” (marked “available soon”).

vNox+

They also have a supplement that claims in increase blood flow called vNox+. Which is a nitric oxide supplement, but there is no retail pricing for it.

Now these claims are actually true.

Nitric oxide is produced by almost every type of cell in the human body and one of the most important molecules for blood vessel health.

It’s a vasodilator. Therefore, Meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of your blood vessels, causing the vessels to widen. In this way, nitric oxide increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure.

vNox+ is a dietary supplement based on the GROUND BREAKING DISCOVERY of Nitric Oxide, which won doctors a Noble Prize in Medicine in 1998.  Nitric Oxide stimulates a process called “vasodilation”, relaxing and dilating blood vessels. This increases the blood flow, resulting in delivery of life-enriching and healing oxygen and nutrients to your body’s organs, tissues and cells. Increasingly regarded as one of the body’s most important compounds, Nitric Oxide is involved in nearly all bodily cellular activity through its interactions with the cardiovascular, immune and nervous system. Due to this, it is indirectly related to almost every major degenerative condition.

Sedona Face Mask

Next product on their list is Sedona Face Mask, which is claimed to be the following:

The theory behind the SEDONA FACE and understanding how it works is very simple.  Under the influence of Pulsating Magnetic Fields (PEMF therapy), blood-circulation is improved and the oxygen supply to the cells of the dermis and epidermis is increased. The skin is saturated with oxygen and various nutrients and many benefits result.

Retail pricing for Sedona Face Mask is not provided. I tried to buy it, however I asked to put in affiliate id!

NuLife Ventures also markets Avacen “thermo-therapy” products. Following a lawsuit filed by Avacen however, the long-term future of that business relationship is in doubt.

Another health and wellness MLM I reviewed with retail product in the same niche as NuLife is Herbalife Nutrition.

NuLife Ventures Compensation Plan

NuLife Ventures fails to provide any information on the compensation plan.

So I checked out their YouTube videos on it. As of writing this they have 2 videos on their official YouTube channel. One uploaded on March 21st, 2020 and the other one uploaded on April 14th, 2020.

As at the time of publication, no such document is available on NuLife Ventures’ website.

Commission Qualifications

You can earn commissions on Class 1 or Class 2 products.

The difference is, Class 1 has Avacen devices where Class 2 doesn’t.

Class 1 Commission Qualification

To qualify on these Class 1 products, you must:

  1. sign up as an Sponsor and purchase or sell at least 250 PV worth of products to a retail customer or recruited affiliate;
  2. maintain 60 PV in retail sales every 30 days.

PV = Personal volume which is the sales volume produced by product sales.

Only PV is tied to product purchases:

  • Avacen 100 – 3000 PV.
  • Business Builder – 4500 CV.
  • Avacen Pro – 5500 CV.
  • Practitioners Package – 7000 CV.

Class 2 Commission Qualification

To qualify for these Class 2 commissions, you must:

  1. sign up as an affiliate and purchase or sell a Class 2 order to a retail customer or personally recruited affiliate.
  2. complete a certification course provided by NuLife Ventures. and
  3. maintain sale of a Class 2 order over a rolling 180 day period.

Passed-up Commissions

NuLife Ventures affiliates pass up the commission produced by their first Class 1 or Class 2 sale.

These commissions are for up-line members who qualify for them. So it is passed up-line to the first Class 1 or Class 2 qualified affiliate

In order to qualify for these pass ups, you must personally sponsor affiliates who purchase a class 1 and/or class 2 products.

Retail Commissions

There are retail commissions you can earn but there is no information on this in any of the marketing material I found so far…

This is VERY important and for some reason NuLife Ventures kept it out!

Sponsoring Commissions

NuLife Ventures affiliates can earn 16% commissions on sponsoring affiliates who get started with an Avacen package.

  • Sponsor an Avacen 100 package affiliate and receive $480.
  • affiliate a Business Builder package affiliate and receive $720.
  • Sponsor an Avacen Pro package affiliate and receive $880.
  • Sponsor a Practitioners Package affiliate and receive $1120.

Above commissions rates are tied to the Junior rank and increase based on rank:

  • Seniors receive a 26% recruitment commission rate.

It seems like there are two other ranks paying 28% and 30% but no real details.

Residual Commissions

NuLife Ventures earn residual commissions as a percentage of sales made by downline affiliates.

I believe these are coded bonuses, which is maximizing at 11% dependent on rank (seven levels).

That is 11% is paid out on each order. With higher ranked members able to collect the difference paid to lower ranked downline members (again maximizing at 11% per sale).

There is no rank qualification information either.

Cost To Join NuLife Ventures

Basic NuLife Ventures affiliate membership costs $280.

You can also buy these Avacen bundle packages as well.

  • Avacen 100 – $4275, includes an Avacen 100 machine.
  • Business Builder Package – $6475, includes an Avacen 100 machine and carry bag.
  • Avacen Pro – $7275, includes Avacen Pro machine.
  • Practitioners Package – $9475, includes Avacen Pro and Avacen 100 machine with carry bag.

Unlike all the other NuLife Venture reviews out there I am going to keep it real with you.

Final Verdict

Does the NuLife Ventures scam exist?

Well let’s just look at the facts…

Facts:

Even though it’s not on their website, we know who is running the company.

This information should be on their main website.

They do have retail products, however, some of them are missing retail pricing information.

Also retail commission information is missing which is very important.

In addition to that, based on the strong focus on signing up affiliates with Avacen packages, the lack of retail pricing on NuLife Ventures’ website and no retail commission details whatsoever.

Therefore, I’m going to suggest NuLife Ventures was running as a product-based pyramid scheme.

That is recruited affiliate purchases were making up the majority of company-wide sales volume.

I’ve seen nothing to suggest anything has actually changed, so it’s highly likely this is still the case.

Furthermore, According to the FTC, in order for a MLM to be legit most of the sales coming into the company must come from retail sales and not affiliate sales or purchases.

Another thing I noticed is their products are on the expensive side.

I mean really, when you’re selling a $1195 water pitcher – is any of this surprising?

Conclusion

I would do more research on the products to see if you can see yourself selling them.

In addition, NuLife Ventures red flags are the absence of corporate data and financing choice provided.

Similarly, NuLife Ventures neglecting to give corporate data on its site makes the impression of an unremarkable enterprise.

End of the day my MAIN concern is actually their compensation plan.

I don’t see any incentives for retail products…

Now that doesn’t mean this is automatically a pyramid scheme.

What I do know is when it’s affiliate heavy, the company 99% of the time has way less retail sales in the company going on.
