This is one of the latest AI technology in HYIP area that I decided to take a closer look.
There has been quite a bit of buzz recently around HYIP and artificial intelligent and most probably you landed here to see if you can make money with this one.
The good news is, I am going to go through all is about VIA, company, products, compensation plan and most importantly if it is legit or not.
So if you wanna know if you can make this money with VIA and can trust them with your investment read this to THE END.

VIA Top Review (Company)
VIA is a virtual investment assistant.
They claim that they use Artificial intelligent (AI) to automate the trading decision in a way to always make it profitable.
Looking at their website, seem like they have a trademark product called ‘TradingDesk’, which is their AI algorithm that they use for their investments.
Now I couldn’t find any actual data showing how this algorithm works. They just have bunch of data and some graph.
For me, I need more tangible data.
Next thing, landing on their website, there is no information about who runs or owns the company.
They are not transparent which is not a good sign.
I have checked their domain registration and found out that ‘via.top’ has been privately registered on June 17th 2020.
I wasn’t able to get info on who has registered for the domain.
They do have a UK registration and a LLC registration in NYC.
First let’s check their NYC registration.
Well that is all good and nice, however they are actually a financial service which provides passive income.
This means they need to be register with SEC.
Additionally, another sketchy thing about that registration was the address.
I did a google search of the address: 22 THE PNES OLD WESTBURY, NEW YORK, 11568 and this is what I came up!
It doesn’t look like office building at all!
I add this one to the list of red flags.
Now let’s move on and check their UK registration.
They have been registered in UK fairly recently on November 3rd 2020.
I did also check their registered office address and it didn’t look like office to me.
Furthermore, checking the ‘People’ section on that registration file, a person called ‘Andrey Valerevich ERMILOV’ is a director.
I did a quick research and I couldn’t find any link between this person and Via Top company.
All I can assume it is a fake person.
VIA Top Review (Products)
via.top doesn’t have any retail product or services that you can sell to a customer.
You can simply signup and deposit money to start your investment.
They do have unique product that they use internally which they claim it does all the AI for the investment.
Other than that, they have an internally traded currency called VTU which is stands for ‘Via Turbo Unit’.
This is how they describe it on their website:
VTU units are the internal currency of the VIA platform. Each participant of the VIA platform has the opportunity to purchase VTU units by creating a deposit, or place a purchase order on the internal VTU exchange.

VIA Top Review Compensation Plan
VIA top doesn’t have any specific investment plan.
You simply start investing on a promise of getting 3% on business day and 1.5% on weekends.
The minimum amount of deposit is $10 USD and the Maximum is $10,000 USD.
So you can either buy VTU or simply invest in any of the below ranges and then a percentage of your deposit would turn into VTU.
This is all looks good and sweet, the only thing that I don’t like is that you are force to buy VTU, which you can only trade in their own ecosystem, i.e on via.top.
It is not like a valid cryptocurrency that you can trade on any platform.
VIA Top Review Referral Commission
via.top offers commissions of up to 7%.
A uni-level compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a uni-level team that places every personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.
If level 1 affiliates recruits new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s uni-level team.
If level 2 affiliates recruits new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues on down an infinite levels.
However, VIA Top cap their referral commissions to 3 levels.

So you can sign-up without any money and start their affiliate program and try to recruit people whom will invest so you get a commission in your wallet.
Or if you want to start earning ASAP, you need to at least pay $10 USD.
Final Verdict
So the question remain, is VIA Top legit or not?
To begin with we don’t know who runs or owns the company, which is always a bad sign.
They do have UK registration and a LLC company registration in NYC, however none of these matters.
You might asks why?
Well, they are a financial service company. It doesn’t matter if they use AI, crypto or any other thing.
As far as they are offering return on investment, passive income, they need to be registered with financial regulators.
Specifically financial regulators in a jurisdiction that they operates on.
Them not being registered neither with FCA nor with SEC, means your money is not safe with them.
Yes, for now you might be getting some good ROI, however, this is just the beginning of the Pyramid scheme.
Once the recruitment slows down, so will the income, this will result in the collapse of the company, and many people will lose money.
They don’t provide any information on how they get their revenue, all I can see is that the new investors are paying the existing members. This is your classic Ponzi Scheme.
