Landing on their website there is no information in regards to who runs or owns the company.
Their domain ‘bitxeon.io’ has been privately registered on December 2020. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any more information in regards to their admin from their domain registration since all info was private and retracted.
Bitxeon.io do provide a UK Companies house registration on their website. Checking that registration I can confirm that the company “BITXEON LTD” has been privately incorporated on 17 December 2020 and the nature of the business is “Fund management activities”. Under the people section in their Companies house registration, there is a person called “MARSHALL, Pete” who seems to be bitxeon.io director. I did a Google search on that and I wasn’t able to find any digital footprint connecting MARSHALL, Pete to bitxeon.io . All I can tell is that this a fake person.
Wrapping up this section by checking the traffic coming to bitxeon.io. Based on Alexa Rank, as of writing this post, most of the traffic to bitxeon.io is coming from Russia. The website has seen a significant spike in traffic in the last 90 days, which generally is a good thing.

This means that if you put $1,000 now you will earn $13,140.00 within a year.

bitxeon.io has a simple uni-level type affiliate program.
Uni-level affiliate program is presented in the diagram below:
Uni-Level referral program starts with you at top, then whoever you personally recruit are going to be your Level 1 recruit.
After that, whoever your Level 1 recruits is going to be your Level 2.
This basically goes down an infinite level as it’s illustrated in the above image.

It is free to join Bitxeon.io. That means you can sing-up and create an account without forking out any money, however if you want to participate in the compensation plan you need to deposit at least $30.
Now that I have went through all the details about bitxeon.io it is time for my unbiased third party verdict.
Final Verdict
Is it safe to invest your money with bitxeon.io?
My short answer is no, and here are my reasons.
We don’t know who runs or owns the company. There isn’t much information in regards to how the company operates and how they make money in order to justify that 3.6% daily forever return on investment.
In addition to that, they only have UK Companies house registration, which is not enough for a company that operates within the financial sector and provides return on investment. They need to have proper registration with financial authorities such FCA[1].
Them not having the proper registration, simply means they are operating illegally and your money is not safe with them.
Apart from that, I can see any proof of external revenue/income to bitxeon.io. This means that they only income coming to the company is from the new recruits. New recruits investment paying of the existing member, this is your typical ponzi scheme[2]
Math behind the ponzi schemes are all the same, once the recruitment stops the company will eventually collapses and lot of people are going to lose money.
I can’t recommend this company.
