Recently I have received couple of requests from people asking me to review this MLM company, so I decided to take a closer look.
Probably someone approached you about this opportunity and you landed here to see whether it is legit or not.
You are in luck my friend! I will go through the company, products and compensation plan with all the details that is there, so you can make a right decision.
Make sure you PAY close attention and read this to THE End.

Wiseling Review (Company)
Landing on their website and going to the ‘About’ section of the site, we can see who runs the company.
Matias Lappo (CEO and co-founder) and Elias Mattila (Co-founder and Vice Chairman).
Based on the info on their website, they are claiming they have been around for a while and started as a Startup company.
Wiseling was raised as a startup, and today the company positions itself as one of the leaders of the modern financial and investment industry. We worked a long time to build a team united by shared ideas.
We set an ambitious goal to become a company that is able to change not only the financial market, but also its partners’ lives, to set the market on course that will be of great value both for us and to our partners and investors.

Now checking their domain registration “Wiseling.com” on who.is, I can see that it has been registered privately on 7th of July 2015 and has been recently updated on 11th of November, 2020.
I did a little bit more digging to see if their website was actually up and running back in 2015.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any evidence suggesting that.
Below is the snapshot of a YouTube video that features CEO Matias Lappo.
Some of the things that he mentioned in this video that are not actually true..
First thing CEO Matias Lappo claims is about their office in Finland.
He is saying they have an office in Finland and that they are planning to open more offices in the future.
Now I checked their website and the address they have provided is Itäkatu 1-5 3rd and 4th Floor, 00930 Helsinki, Finland.
Having a physical address is actually a good thing, however lying about it is not.
So I did a quick google search of the address and as you can see it is actually a virtual address provided by Regus.
For those of you who are not familiar with Regus, Regus is a virtual address provider for offices all around the world.
In addition, in that YouTube Video, when he was asked how they are making those passive returns, his answer was that he did not want to reveal the “SECRETS” just yet.
Another red flag for me was when Matias Lappo was mentioning about their legality of their business all around world.
If they have all the registration with the government bodies, why on earth they haven’t put them on their website?
I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find any certificate.
Wiseling Review Products
Wiseling doesn’t have any retail-able services or products that you can sell to actual customer.
You can only become an affiliate and promote the affiliate membership.
Also once you become an affiliate, you can start earning ROI after you invest into the company.
Another income you can get from Wiseling is the referral commissions.
If you recruit someone and they invest, you will get a commission.

Wiseling Review Compensation Plan
Wiseling has subsidiary put assets into the organization on a guarantee they will get some sort of quantifiable profit.
They have a few roads you can take as you can see below:
Fiat Assets
- Fiat Currency – invest $50 to get a 0.8% to 1.3% daily return for 16 days.
- Forex Market – invest $3000 to get 1.1% to 1.6% daily return for 24 days.
- Stock Market – invest $15,000 to get 1.3% to 1.8% daily return for 30 days.
- Commodity Exchanges – invest $50,000 to get 1.5% to 2% daily return for 36 days.
- Futures Market – invest $150,000 to get 1.8% to 2.4% daily return for 42 days.
Crypto Assets
- White – invest 0.01 BTC to get 2% daily return for 100 days.
- Red – invest 5 BTC to get 2.4% daily return for 100 days.
- Black – invest 15 BTC to get 2.7% daly return for 100 days.
Industry
- Medical industry – invest $500 to get 2.7% daily return for 180 days.
- IT Industry – invest $50,000 to get 3% daily return for 200 days.
Referral Program
From what I can tell Wiseling is a typical uni-level compensation plan structure that they simply put their own twist on it.
Seems like it is a kind of ‘Multi-tier’ plan, where they call each of the tier a ‘Status’.
Basically, the higher status you have, the more commission you get.
To begin, you must invest at least $50 which gets you in their Status 1 where you earn $4.
After that, the way you can go up in the status is your group sales volume.
- Status 1 – Personal investment starting from 50$. This level gives you access to our referral system | 4%;
- Status 2 – Structure’s turnover is 2,000$ | 6%;
- Status 3 – Structure’s turnover is $15,000 | 8%;
- Status 4 – Structure’s turnover is $60,000 | 10%;
- Status 5 – Structure’s turnover is $300,000 | 12%;
- Status 6 – Structure’s turnover is $750,000 | 14%;
- Status 7 – Structure’s turnover is $1,500,000 | 16%;
- Status 8 – Structure’s turnover is $4,000,000 | 18%;
- Status 9 – Structure’s turnover is $15,000,000 | 20%;
- Status 10 – Structure’s turnover is $30,000,000 | 22%
- Status 11 – Structure’s turnover is $60,000,000 | 24%;
- Status 12 – Structure’s turnover is $100,000,000 | 27%
You will get to Status 1, as soon as the registration process is finished.
This gives you an opportunity to get referral fee only from the first line partners.
Your bonus will be 4% of your partner’s investment amount.
To switch to status 2, you need your partners to invest more than $2,000, and you will automatically switch to status 2, where you will receive a bonus on all lines of your partner network.
There are 12 statuses in the company, the higher your status, the higher your referral fee.
Distribution of the referral fee in your structure:
Your status is 7; your referral fee is 16% of your partners’ investment amount.
Your partner in line 10 invests $10,000, the bonus will be distributed as follows:
Your partner in line 9 will receive 4% ($400).
The partner on line 6 has status 4 and bonus of 10%.
He/She will get 6% ($600), since 4% have already been distributed to the partner on line 9.
And you will get the remaining 6%.
Thus, 16% of bonuses will be distributed between partners, who have a status.
It enables the company to provide regular earnings to active partners in your structure, and each partner who has a higher status will get constant bonuses regardless of the line that have been invested by a partner.
Wiseling review Cost To Join
Wiseling affiliate membership will cost you a minimum of $50.
And they do have many other packages that you can choose from.
Final Verdict
So the question remains, is Wiseling a scam or not?
Let’s look at the facts in this Wiseling review again.
From their website we can see who the owners are.
However, doing a little bit of google search on the founders and you will see some weird timeline in their Facebook.
Elias Facebook account has been opened since 2005 however there were no post on it till June 2020.
Matias Facebook account has been opened since 2016 but the first post was on December 2019.
To be honest, this looks shady to me.
Additionally, as I mentioned before, they don’t have any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a real customer.
All you can do is become an affiliate invest in the company and promote the affiliate membership they have.
There is no retail incentive in their compensation plan at all, which is the definition of pyramid scheme as FTC puts it.
They also do claim they have all the certification to operate legally all over the world, however they don’t provide any of them.
You can’t just say something like that and assume people gonna believe it.
They are promising return on investment without having the required registration certificates, which means they are operating illegally.
Also in the YouTube video Matias Lapp didn’t say how they are producing those juicy returns.
If they are able to produce anywhere between 0.8% to 2% DAILY return why do they need your money or affiliate membership ?
They can simply get a loan from a bank and become super rich super fast with their ‘Secret’ !!
The only money coming to the company is the new affiliate investments paying off the existing member.
This is the classic Ponzi Scheme. And we all know the math behind the ponzi scheme.
Once the recruitment stall, they don’t have money to pay off the existing members and eventually the company collapses.
I can’t recommend this company. Stay Away!
