Watford Corp Review (Company)
Watford Corporation has one of the worst website designs I’ve ever seen.
The website doesn’t have any vertical scrolling! You have no idea what you are scrolling into.
If I want to click on one of the scroll topics, one simple click is not enough.
And on top of that, the back and forward buttons don’t work (when I hit back I was redirected to a black screen).
It is Just terrible.
Heading up Watford Group is supposedly Richard Watford.
However, I couldn’t find any more information on Richard Watford outside of several press-releases uploaded in November of 2019.
Here is a quick video of this so called Watford reading a script:
As you can see, he has a British accent and English seems to be his first language.
Now when I check the website and read an English like this, I would say whoever wrote this is not the same Richard Watford in that youtube video.
My name is Richard Watford. I am Watford LLC founder.
I managed to reach a success, but my long path was rather hard.
I finally managed to create a company, intended to help other people to avoid making mistakes by y trial and error, failure and victory.
Therefore, the person behind the company could be from a different country and this Richard Watford is just an actor…
Another bold claim by Watford Corporation is to be “the largest holding company operating in the USA”.
The website domain wasn’t privately registered until July 2019.
Just looking at the list of the largest holding companies in the USA, Watford Corp wasn’t there. [1]
Also they claim to have an office in Seattle’s Columbia Center which wasn’t even referenced properly…
They called it the “Columbia Tower”.
I doubt this company has ANY presence in the USA.
Only possibility I could see is a virtual office offered by Regus.
So far they haven’t been upfront or transparent about who runs or owns the company and where they actually operate from.
Watford Corp Review (Products)
Other than leadership transparency, the products or services must be great in ANY network marketing company.
More importantly, they must have actual retail products or services to sell to customers in order for them to stay away from pyramid scheme territory.[2]
So how does this company stack up?
Watford Corp actually doesn’t have any products or services, but you can promote their affiliate membership.
I am just keep it real unlike most Watford Corp reviews out there…
Similar to TRONex or I-InsureMe.
Watford Corp Review (Compensation Plan)
Watford Corp members invest funds on a promise they will get a weekly return.
They don’t disclose their investment plans, but I got this from a Watford Corp Investor:
- NMW Energy Plan – Invest $120.37 or more and receive 5.98% a week
- Goldmine BMD Plan – Invest $117.91 or more and receive 6.1% a week
- EDV Recycling Plan – Invest $122.83 or more and receive 6.1% a week
- Marijuana Diet Plan – Invest $119.05 or more and receive 6.04% a week
Referral Commissions
Watford Corp pays their referral commissions through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
A unilevel compensation plan puts the affiliate at the top of a unilevel team structure, with every personally sponsored affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates sponsor a new affiliate, they are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates sponsor a new affiliates, they are put on level 3 and so on and so forth…
Watford Corp caps theirs at 10 levels deep.
Below is the breakdown on the percentages you can earn on the invested funds through all 10 levels:
- Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 8%
- Level 2 – 5%
- Level 3 to 5 – 3%
- Level 6 to 8 – 2%
- Level 9 and 10 – 1%
Cost To Join Watford Corporation
Watford Corp affiliate membership seems to be free.
However, if you want to be part of the investment opportunity you must drop at least $117.
Final Verdict
So does the Watford Corp scam exist?
Let’s look at the facts, shall we?
No transparency about who runs or own the company and where they operate from.
They have no retail products or services.
They claim to be the largest holding company in the USA, but they are not even listed.
They are promising a return on investment which makes it securities.
So they should be registered with the SEC, but as far as I know and search, they are not.[3]
Watford Corp is a pyramid scheme and committing securities fraud which makes it a ponzi scheme as well.
I do NOT recommend this company in my humble opinion.
