Welcome to my Kointat Review!
There has been some buzz about this passive income opportunity and I decided to take a closer look.
Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.
Just PAY close attention and read this to the end.
Kointat Review (Company)
Landing on their website you can’t find any information about who runs or owns the company.
They do have UK registration which they have put on their website.
UK incorporation is not regulated and is very cheap, which makes it a favored choice for scammers.
Checking their domain (“kointat.com”) on who.is, I can see they have been registered on 30th November 2019, and is about to expired on 30th November 2020. So at least if you are thinking of investing with these guys maybe wait and see if they update their domain registrations!
Kointat has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Kointat affiliate membership itself.
Another Crypto MLM I did a review on which promises big daily ROI!
Kointat’s Compensation Plan
Kointat affiliates invest funds on the promise of advertised returns.

A minimum $5 can be withdrawn in cryptocurrency. The USD minimum withdrawal amount is $1000.
Note that Kointat charges a minimum 5% withdrawal fee.
Kointat pays referral commissions on invested funds down two levels of recruitment (unilevel):
- 5% on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- 2% on level 2
Kointat affiliate membership is free.
Full participation in the attached income opportunity however requires a minimum $10 investment.
So is Kointat scam?
Let’s look at the facts, shall we…
Kointat claims to be “more than a bank”.
We don’t know actually who runs or owns the company, they are not transparent at all.
Even if they are regiter with Cyprus SEC, they don’t have any presence in Cyprus!
They are not register with any financial (security) services in any jurisdiction is because that would need them to file audited financial reports which I believe they don’t have!.
Kointat represents it generates external revenue from a variety of sources.
Audited financial reports are the only way to confirm external revenue is actually being used pay withdrawals.
As it stands the only verifiable source of revenue entering Kointat is new investment.
Using new investment to pay affiliates a daily return makes Kointat a Ponzi scheme.
As with all MLM Ponzi schemes, once affiliate recruitment stops there wouldn’t be any new investment coming in.
This will prompt an inevitable collapse of the Kointat.
And as all the other Ponzi schemes, when this happens, most of the people lose all their money!
