In a nutshell what GlobalTokenFX does is that they have a kind of a pool of investors money which they buy shares of other companies with and give you a percentage of the profit back, based on the amount of investment you have in that pool.
GlobalTokenFX holding company is engaged in the investment and purchase of shares of various companies, which allows it, among other things, to become the owner of controlling stakes.
What I was able to gather from their website was that they do investment mainly in Cryptocurrency and Forex market. They have also mention that they are involved in real estate market and hedge funds. in order to diversify their portfolio.
One thing that caught my eye is that the globaltokenfx.com does look too similar to gissis.com which I did a review on while back.
Now let’s have a look at some facts.
Their domain have been privately registered on November 2020.
They also provide a UK Companies houses registration on their website which actually belongs to GISSIS HOLDING LIMITED. So they haven’t even tried to get their own! I wouldn’t go into the details of that registration however if you want the details you can read more here.

GlobalTokenFX holding doesn’t have any retail-able product or services that you can sell to a real customer.
You can sign-up and invest in one of their plans and start earning, or you can become an affiliate and start promoting their affiliate membership and start earning commissions.
GlobalTokenFX Review – Compensation Plan
In total, GlobalTokenFX provides 5 investment plans that you can join.
GlobalTokenFX investment plans are as follows:
- 20% After 1 working day: Min deposit $35 and Max $499 – Accruals daily – Principal return end of the term
- 40% After 2 working days: Min deposit $500 and Max $999 – Accruals daily – Principal return end of the term
- 100% After 5 days: Min deposit $5,000 and Max $50,000 – Accruals daily – Principal return end of the term
- 60% After 3 days: Min deposit $1,000 and Max $4,999 – Accruals daily – Principal return end of the term
- 30% After 24 Hours: Min deposit $1,000 and Max Unlimited – Accruals and Principal end of the term
GlobalTokenFX Referral Program
GlobalTokenFX have a simple referral program for their partners.
They both follow the same Uni-Level structure illustrated below:
Uni-Level referral program starts with you at top, then whoever you personally recruit are going to be your Level 1 recruit.
After that, whoever your Level 1 recruits is going to be your Level 2.
This basically goes down an infinite level as it’s illustrated in the above image.
GlobalTokenFX caps it to 1 level.

GlobalTokenFX Review – Withdrawal
Here I gathered some of the information I have found in regards to deposit/withdrawal/account in regards to GlobalTokenFX.
- Acceptable payment systems: Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Payeer, Dash, Ethereum, Monero, Ripple, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Bitcoincash.
- According to the investment plan chosen by you, the profit is formed from the percentage of accrual and the body of the deposit. After receiving funds to your personal account, you can immediately order their withdrawal. The money will be manually sent to the EPS wallet that you used to make the deposit. Funds accrued under the affiliate program are available for withdrawal immediately.
- You can’t have multiple account at once.
- Deposits are credited instantly, and they can immediately be used to start investment activities.
- The minimum amount that can be withdrawn from the balance is $ 0.1, for cryptocurrency payment systems – 0.002 btc in equivalent.
- Payments, as well as commissions are carried out manually, up to 72 hours. Commissions on the affiliate program are displayed on your wallet in the payment system through which your referral made a contribution

Cost To Join GlobalTokenFX
It is free to create an account and join GlobalTokenFX, however if you want to participate in the Investment plan you need at least $35 deposit.
You might actually be able to get away with this and just start to promoting the affiliate membership and wait for your recruits to deposit money so you can use the commission to put it in your own deposit account.

Final Verdict
So can you really trust GlobalTokenFX and earn 100% ROI with them?
I would say no and here are my reasons:
We don’t actually know who is behind the company file.
They are using the same registration as Gissis.
In addition to that their address didn’t look legit at all.
Furthermore, UK registration is very cheap and mostly unregulated which this makes a perfect a choice for scammers.
Also just having a registration with UK Companies House is not enough. As I have established they are working in a financial sector and they are offering return on investment.
In order for them to operate legally they need to be register with financial regulators such as FCA (UK Financial Conduct Authority)[1] and/or SEC (US Securities And Exchange Commission)[2] at least.
Them not being registered with any financial regulators simply means that they are offering return on investment illegally.
So basically your money is not safe with them.
