This did pop up couple of weeks ago and I decided to do a review on and it’s for a good reason…
The reason is I am here to give info about new online businesses opportunities.
In other words, I am here to do the research for you and let you decide yourself. 😊
In this review I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

FreeBay Review (Company)
Freebay is very new, in fact, it was established in June 2020 and seems to be promoted as a reboot of Karatbars.
rather than trying to say it’s a reboot of Karatbars, they decided to go with the “we partnered with” Karatbars route.
The owner of Karatbars Harald Seiz doesn’t discuss it if he is the owner of FreeBay.
I am going to assume that he is with a couple of other partners.
Now this is only hypothesis of obviously and simply my feeling.
I did listen to a call where Thomas Valet, Karatbars Communications manager, said the following on August 31st:
[11:07] This heart now gets a refreshment. There will be a new sales company that will be launched, unencumbered, without negative comments, messages, campaigns or targeted misinformations [sic].
The name of this new sales company is … Freebay.
[12:14] Freebay is located in the center of Switzerland. Internationally untouchable, solid, surrounded by international companies, organizations and associations.
On the public side of things, the company is apparently headed by CEO Jurgen Pulvermuller.
Before this he worked as Karatbars Head of Global Sales.
He seems to of got started with Karatbars around 2019 and before that he promoted Visalus, Fibabe and Neora.
Anyway that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next.
FreeBay Review (Products)
When it comes to retail products or services that can be sold to actual retail customers there is nothing here to be offered.
All you can do is become an affiliate and promote the affiliate membership.
Bundled with the affiliate membership is access to a video library called “Freebay Academy”.
Freebay Academy educates people on cryptocurrency and trading.

FreeBay Review (Compensation Plan)
Freebay affiliate get started and invest V999 Tokens.
These are the following memberships you can purchase:
- EVO Academy – €50 EUR monthly or €480 EUR annually
- EVO Expert – €190 EUR monthly or €1820 EUR annually
- EVO Life – €480 EUR monthly or €4600 EUR annually
V999 investments happens internally through their Genesis Market.
V999 Token Rewards
Once you have V999 Tokens as an investor, you can get a daily share if 0.02% of the funds invested to the company.
Also a residual 0.02% bonus is paid on the V999 token investment down 10 levels deep in a unilevel compensation plan.
Daily Investor Bonus
FreeBay rewards it’s daily top ten biggest investors (Transaction volume), with 0.01% of the company-wide investment volume.
This is paid daily…
FreeBay Review (Ranks)
Overall there are 12 ranks you can hit in this company.
Below is the qualifications needed to hit each rank:
- One Star Sapphire – sign up as a Freebay affiliate
- Two Star Sapphire – generate €5000 EUR in downline monthly membership fee volume
- Three Star Sapphire – sign up with EVO Academy or generate €10,000 EUR in downline monthly membership fee volume
- One Star Emerald – sign up with EVO Expert or generate €15,000 EUR in downline monthly membership fee volume
- Two Star Emerald – sign up with EVO Life or develop a unilevel leg generating €25,000 EUR a month and €15,000 throughout the rest of your unilevel team
- Three Star Emerald – develop a unilevel leg generating €50,000 EUR a month and €30,000 EUR through the rest of your unilevel team
- One Star Ruby – develop a unilevel leg generating €100,000 EUR a month and €50,000 EUR through the rest of your unilevel team
- Two Star Ruby – develop a unilevel leg generating €250,000 EUR a month and €150,000 EUR through the rest of your unilevel team
- Three Star Ruby – develop two unilevel legs generating €500,000 and €250,000 EUR a month respectively, and €100,000 EUR through the rest of your unilevel team
- One Star Diamond – develop two unilevel legs generating €1,500,000 and €1,000,000 EUR a month respectively, and €1,000,000 EUR through the rest of your unilevel team

FreeBay Review (Sponsoring Commissions)
Freebay pays commissions on sponsored affiliate membership fee’s.
Sponsoring commission’s will depend on how much you invested when you got started:
- One Star Sapphires earn a 7% recruitment commission rate
- Two Star Sapphires earn a 15% recruitment commission rate
- Three Star Sapphires (or sign up with EVO Academy) earn a 21% recruitment commission rate
- One Star Emeralds (or sign up with EVO Expert) earn a 23% recruitment commission rate
- Two Star Emeralds (or sign up with EVO Life) earn a 25% recruitment commission rate
- Three Star Emeralds earn a 26% recruitment commission rate
- One Star Rubys earn a 27% recruitment commission rate
- Two Star Rubys earn a 28% recruitment commission rate
- Three Star Rubys earn a 29% recruitment commission rate
- One Star Diamonds earn a 30% recruitment commission rate
- Two Star Diamonds earn a 31% recruitment commission rate
- Three Star Diamonds earn a 32% recruitment commission rate
32% is paid on all FreeBay membership fee’s.
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions are paid through a binary compensation plan structure.
Binary compensation plans can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.
Residual commissions are paid on the volume produced on affiliates you sponsor.
Volume (GV) across the binary team is generated as follows:
- EVO Academy monthly payment = 2 GV
- EVO Academy annual payment = 24 GV
- EVO Expert monthly payment = 5 GV
- EVO Expert annual payment = 60 GV
- EVO Life monthly payment = 10 GV
- EVO Life annual payment = 120 GV
For every 25 GV match on both legs against the binary leg that has 50 G, you can earn a commission.
Below is the break down on what you get paid:
- the first ten pairs pay €25 EUR each
- pairs 11 to 25 pay €20 EUR each
- pairs 26 to 50 pay €18 EUR each
- pairs 51 to 100 pay €17 EUR each
- pairs 101 to 150 pay €16 EUR each
- pairs 151 to 200 pay €15 EUR each
- pairs 201 to 700 pay €14 EUR each
- pairs 701 to 2100 pay €13 EUR each
- pairs 2101 to 4500 pay €12 EUR each
- pairs 4501 to 10,000 pay €11 EUR each
- pairs 10,001 to 30,000 pay €10 EUR each
- pairs 30,001 to 80,000 pay €8 EUR each
- pairs 80,001 to 180,000 pay €5 EUR each
Overall the cap is 180,000 matched volume pairs.
Matching Bonus
Once you are Two Star Sapphire or Three Star Sapphire, you can earn a matching bonus on personally sponsored affiliates of the same rank.
- Two Star Sapphires receive a 5% Matching Bonus
- Three Star Sapphires receive a 7% Matching Bonus
- One Star Emeralds receive a 10% Matching Bonus
Generation Bonus
Freebay pays a Generation Bonus to two Star Emerald and higher ranked affiliates.
This is paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
Freebay caps their Generation Bonus to 7 levels in total:
- Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 1%
- Level 2 and 3 – 1%
- Level 4 to 6 – 2%
- Level 7 – 3%
Automated Trading Bonus
FreeBay EVO Expert and EVO Life affiliate membership provides access to passive returns.
- EVO Expert provides access to four passive return investment options
- EVO Life provides access to eight passive return investment options
Cost To Join FreeBay
FreeBay affiliate membership will cost you depending on which one you go with below:
- Free – no cost but must rank qualify to earn MLM commissions
- EVO Academy – €50 EUR monthly or €480 EUR annually
- EVO Expert – €190 EUR monthly or €1820 EUR annually
- EVO Life – €480 EUR monthly or €4600 EUR annually
Membership fees can be paid monthly or annually.
The difference between the membership’s is income potential…
Unlike all the other FreeBay reviews out there I am going to keep it real with you…
Final Verdict
So does the FreeBay scam exist?
Let’s check the facts.
Karatbars International started off as gold themed pyramid scheme.
They could have done a much better job but got greedy.
When that company ran it’s course, Harald Seiz jumped on the cryptocurrency band wagon.
Generally these cryptocurrency MLM’s are a lot cheaper to operate.
KaratBanks Coin was launched in 2018 but didn’t go anywhere.
They tried again with KaratGold Coin and got many investors to jump on the KBC coin bandwagon.
Around mid 2019 it was going full blown and Herald Seiz promised that 100 KBC could convert into 1 gram of gold.
When Independence Day came around, KBC dumped 62% and 1g of gold promises were exposed and a lie.
KBC today publicly trades for 0.2 cent.
So now I guess this is their third attempt but with V999.
Karatbars again is committing securities fraud because of their passive investment opportunity.
End of the day, there is nothing new here and most likely will end the same way as the past.
I can’t recommend this company.
