Crowdmining.biz domain has been privately registered on April 2019 and has been updated on January 2021.
Landing on their website, they provide their UK Companies house registration along with their teams information.
Now let’s dig in and see what we can find out about their registration.
First of all, UK Companies house registration is super cheap and basically anyone can get one, so for the purpose of due-diligence this certificate doesn’t mean anything.
In addition to that if you check their certificate, you can see that currently they have an issue (Confirmation statement overdue).
now let’s take a look at their team members.
Here is the screenshot of their team members section on crowdmining.biz website.
Apart from the obvious typo that I have point at in the photo, I wasn’t able to find any of these people on the internet to be related to Crowd Mining Limited. This simply means, most likely, these are stock photos with fake name.
One more thing that looks sketchy to me was their address.
I looked up the location they have provided on their registration “58 Barking Road, London, United Kingdom, E13 8HL” and this is what it came up on Google Map:
According to Alexa rank, as of writing this blog post, the majority of the traffic coming to ‘crowdmining.biz’ website is from India with 9.2%, following with Russia and Venezuela.

Crowdmining.biz doesn’t provide any retail-able product or services. You don’t have an option of selling a product to a real customer.
All you can do is to sign-up and join their affiliate program and start promoting their affiliate membership.

Uni-level affiliate program is presented in the diagram below:

So is Crowdmining.biz a scam?
Well let’s look at the facts shall we…
They do have a ‘meet the team’ section, however they are just stock photos with fake names.
In addition to that they only have UK registration. UK Companies house registration is very cheap and mostly unregulated and for the purpose of due-diligence it doesn’t mean anything.
furthermore, they are giving passive income which means they need to have registration with financial regulators such as FCA (financial conduct authority in UK)[1].
Not being registered with FCA or any other financial regulators for the jurisdiction that they operates in, means they are operating illegally.
I can’t recommend this company.
