Welcome to my Bitalium Review!
This is the latest cryptocurrency trading MLM company to pop up and I decided to take a closer look.
Bitalium has some bold claims but I want to see how they back them up so I decided to do a full investigation.
Chances are someone approached you about their business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.
Just PAY close attention and read this to the end.

Bitalium Review (Company)
Landing on their website you can’t find any information in regards to who runs or owns this company.
However, I did find a marketing video on YouTube by Bitalium where it claims that Samuel D Walch is the CEO of the company.
Apparently Sam Walch started cryptocurrency trading with a group of his fellow traders back in 2015.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any digital footprint on Sam Walch anywhere on the internet.
I suspect that this guy is an actor and they are just pulling another “fake” CEO angle which is getting more and more common these days in this space.
I check their domain “bitalium.com” on who.is and found out that it was privately registered on February 10th, 2020.
Bitalium Products
Bitalium has no retail products or services with only affiliate can promote their Bitalium affiliate membership.
I reviewed another company called GSN which falls in the same category.
Bitalium Compensation Plan
Bitalium affiliate invest funds into the company on a promise they will get a guaranteed return:
- Basic – invest $100 to $999 and receive a daily ROI for 180 days
- Premium – invest $1000 to $4999 and receive a daily ROI for 210 days
- Business – invest $5000 to $14,999 and receive a daily ROI for 240 days
- Platinum – invest $15,000 to $30,000 and receive a daily ROI for 270 days
Bitalium return on investment rate is 1.4% per day.
Commissions are also paid on sponsoring new affiliate who invest.
Binary Residual Commissions
A binary compensation plan has YOU at the top of the binary structure and splits into two sides (left and right):
First level of the binary has two positions.
Second level of the binary splits the first two positions into another two making it four in total.
These positions can be filled up directly or indirectly by team members.
Residual commissions are paid as a percentage on the invested funds which is 33% on both legs.
Commission rate will depend on how much you invested:
- Basic tier affiliates receive a 12% residual binary commission rate
- Premium tier affiliates receive a 15% residual binary commission rate
- Business tier affiliates receive an 18% residual binary commission rate
- Platinum tier affiliates receive a 21% residual binary commission rate
Bitalium compensation plan marketing material didn’t specify on how often you get paid.
Unilevel Residual Commissions
A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):
If any level 1 affiliates sponsor a new affiliate, they are put on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates sponsor a new affiliates, they are put on level 3 and so on and so forth.
Bitalium caps their unilevel at five levels deep.
Residual commissions here are paid at 33% of the invested funds across all five levels:
- Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 15%
- Level 2 – 12%
- Level 3 – 9%
- Level 4 – 6%
- Level 5 – 3%
Prizes
Bitalium rewards affiliates with prizes for producing downline investment volume.
Below is the breakdown on how it’s done:
- Produce $25,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive an iPhone 11 Pro Max
- Produce $100,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive a MacBook
- Produce $200,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive an “exotic trip”
- Produce $500,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive a Rolex Datejust 36 watch and access to Bitalium’s “office program”
- Produce $2,000,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive a “unique car fund” and “ambassador contract”
- Produce $8,000,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive a “premium car fund” and access to Bitalium’s “shareholding program”
- Produce $15,000,000 in accumulated binary team volume and receive a “luxury villa on [sic] Bali worth $500,000”
No further details was provided here.
Cost To Join Bitalium
Cost to join this company will run you $100 to $30,000 investment.
Only difference between the investment packages is the income potential.
Final Verdict
Is Bitalium legit MLM or just another scam?
Well let’s look at the facts, shall we?
To begin with, we don’t know who officially run this company and they are not transparent or upfront with it! This is a big NO for me!
Additionally, they don’t have any retail products or services, with only affiliate being able to promote their affiliate program, which by default makes this company a pyramid scheme.[1]
Pyramid schemes are illegal all over the world, so by now you should be convinced that this another scam.
The company claims it makes it’s external revenue through trading and scalping trading.
In “Sam Walch’s” marketing video, he said they are transparent and show proof of what they do.
However, making a graph and putting some numbers on it doesn’t mean you have an actual proof.
You need a proper third party audit to make it credible or ANYONE can just make up these numbers.
Their posted trading results look great, but they are not backed up by anything.
We don’t know if those are real.
Also since they are offering passive income they must be registered with SEC (if they are operating only in US).
However, I couldn’t find any registration, so they are operating illegally.
What will happen with that is they will launch this Bitalium token and the value will sky rocket, however, once the top investors sell off their tokens the value will crash big time.
This means majority of the people will be stuck with useless tokens that can’t do anything.
I can’t recommend this company. Stay Away!.
